This one hour session will open with a guided body scan, followed by an introductory detailing of what mindfulness is and ways to practice it in your daily life. We’ll conclude with a guided visualisation.
You will also receive resources to take away.
This one hour class will go through a brief introduction to what Mobility is and how we can increase our mobility at any age. We’ll have a guided session where we look at increasing our range of motion through each major joint area.
Tuck in for 90-minutes of relaxation and gentle-floor-based postures. We’ll use props (blankets, pillows, blocks) to create supported and cozy shapes.
Part yin, part restorative, all relaxation.
The session will be capped off with a guided relaxation.
